RoHS-3 Directive (EU) 2015/863 and REACH (EC) No. 1907/2006 Certificate / Declaration of Compliance

Applies to: All standard (catalog) Vincent Associates products manufactured and shipped by Vincent Associates, unless otherwise stated on the customer purchase order or product documentation.
RoHS-3 (Directive 2011/65/EU as amended by (EU) 2015/863)
Vincent Associates hereby declares that, to the best of our knowledge, products within the scope of this declaration do not contain the substances listed in Annex II of Directive 2011/65/EU (as amended by (EU) 2015/863) in excess of the applicable Maximum Concentration Values (MCVs) by weight in homogeneous materials, as referenced by Article 4(1).
Restricted substances and MCVs (homogeneous material):
- Lead (Pb): 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm)
- Mercury (Hg): 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm)
- Cadmium (Cd): 0.01% by weight (100 ppm)
- Hexavalent Chromium (Cr(VI)): 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm)
- Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB): 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm)
- Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE): 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm)
- Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP): 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm)
- Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP): 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm)
- Dibutyl phthalate (DBP): 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm)
- Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP): 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm)
Vincent Associates maintains processes intended to support continued compliance, including ongoing review of applicable materials, processes, and supplier information. If any RoHS exemption is relied upon for a specific product/configuration, it will be identified upon request or in product-specific documentation.
REACH (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006)
Vincent Associates further declares that, to the best of our knowledge and based on information provided by our suppliers, products within the scope of this declaration are not expected to contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) on the ECHA Candidate List above the applicable reporting threshold (0.1% w/w in an article), as of the Effective Date of this declaration (2026-02-19).
In addition, based on the same information, materials used in our products are not expected to contain substances restricted under REACH Annex XVII in excess of applicable limits.
Vincent Associates maintains a process to monitor updates to the ECHA SVHC Candidate List and relevant REACH annexes and will review potential product impacts as changes occur. If an SVHC above 0.1% w/w in an article is identified for any in-scope product, Vincent Associates will provide the information required under REACH Article 33.
