Timing Comparison Chart
Timing of Pulse Input and Synchronization Output Relative to Shutter State

Figure 1
The Timing Chart compares the timing specifications of all standard UNIBLITZ shutters. These typical timing ratings are compiled using UNIBLITZ standard driver equipment that is recommended for the series indicated. CS, VS, LS, and XRS series are compiled with the VCM-D1 type driver, the NS series timing is compiled with the VDM1000 type driver and the DSS and TS series devices are compiled with the ED12DSS type driver with the exception of the TS2S which is compiled with the VDM1000 type driver. The timing indicated for comparison are shutters equipped with standard black TEFLON® ("T") coated or polished stainless steel ("S") shutter blades. Typically add 10% (for LS series) and 30% (for VS) to each of the timing specifications when utilizing AlSiO ("Z") or AlMgF2 ("ZM") coated blades. (Note timing is the same for all blade finishes and coatings for VS35 and all CS type shutters.) XRS shutter timing is compiled with .010 inch thick PtIr blades
