Electromagnetic Shutters
Vincent Associates prides itself on the quality electromagnetic shutters manufactured available for use in numerous applications including but not limited to video imaging, telescopy, microscopy, holography, and x-ray switching.
A UNIBLITZ® electromagnetic shutter system is driven to the open or active state by an electromagnetic actuator. This is the best and most efficient method to convert electronic impulses into mechanical motion. UNIBLITZ uses a novel electromagnetic actuator and is not a standard electromechanical solenoid. This method of shutter actuation is in contrast to those shutters controlled by air solenoids or wound springs.
Vincent Associates has a number of apertures and electromagnetic shutter types available to meet most applications. Shown below is a quick comparison of the available electromagnetic shutters and some of their features.
